3. Installation and debugging:

4. Troubleshooting of common faults:

1. Not working: The power is not connected or there is no air pressure. Check the power supply, air source and working switch.

2. Large error in filling capacity:

(1) There is air in the material liquid cylinder. Press and hold the working switch to exhaust.

(2) The liquid inlet pipe is not tightly sealed and there is air leakage. Tighten the connecting pipe.

(3) The liquid inlet check valve is clogged. Remove and clean the check valve.

(5) The liquid level of the material liquid cylinder is high, and the liquid level should be 0-1.5 meters (customized separately for high-pressure and high-liquid-level filling)

3. Working principle

6. Adjustment of filling volume

The specific operations are as follows:

  • Coarse adjustment: Adjust the adjusting screw of the process air control switch, move the position of the adjusting screw left and right, and adjust the adjusting screw of the return air control switch appropriately to reach a satisfactory position.

  • Use a measuring cup or bottle to align the filling head. (Note: The material cylinder must be full, otherwise the filling amount will be inaccurate.) 7. Adjustment of filling speed

Filling speed is determined by the following 6 factors:

1. The speed of suction depends on the viscosity of the product and the length of the suction tube.

2. The filling speed depends on the diameter of the filling head. The larger the diameter, the faster the filling speed.

3. The degree of foaming of the product. The filling speed of high-foaming products should be slowed down.

4. Depending on the loading capacity, the speed will be slower if the loading capacity is large.

5. If the accuracy of the filling amount is high, the speed should be slowed down.

6. The front and rear speed regulating valves adjust and control the air flow rate.

The specific operations for adjusting the front and rear speed control valves are as follows:

  • Loosen the front and rear speed regulating valve nuts.

  • Turn the front one-way throttle handle clockwise, the forward speed of the cylinder will slow down, and the charging speed will also slow down.

  • Turn the front one-way throttle handle counterclockwise to speed up the forward movement of the cylinder and the charging speed.

  • Turn the rear one-way throttle handle clockwise, the forward speed of the cylinder will slow down, and the charging speed will also slow down.

  • Turn the forward and backward throttle handle counterclockwise, the forward speed of the cylinder will speed up, and the charging speed will also speed up.

8. Adjustment of filling accuracy

The filling error is mainly determined by the filling amount, filling speed, and the switching speed of the upper and lower one-way valves.

The switching speed of the upper and lower one-way valves is related to the viscosity of the product. The greater the viscosity, the slower the valve switching speed.

Adjusting the valve's switching speed mainly adjusts the valve's spring pressure. As the spring pressure increases, the valve's switching speed speeds up.

The effect of adjusting the spring pressure of the valve is determined by filling measurement and the experience of the operator.

9. Cleaning and maintenance

Before cleaning the piston filling machine, the remaining products in the machine should be cleaned, and then the barrel should be filled with gentle cleaning fluid. Our company recommends using warm water, and soapy water, alcohol or other cleaning fluids if necessary. When cleaning, make sure the O-ring is properly installed. Turn on the machine and let it cycle filling until it is thoroughly cleaned. Clean all parts in contact with the material, including piston cylinder, piston head, O-ring, one-way valve, filling head, barrel, hopper, etc. When cleaning all seals, the O-ring of the piston and the flat surface of the valve should be included. Seals and replace cracked and damaged seals.

Before cleaning, you must check whether the compressed air is turned off. If not, please turn off the compressed air.

It is strictly prohibited to use organic solvents to clean the machine, such as gasoline, benzene, xylene, banana water, sodium hypochlorite, etc.

After cleaning is completed, it is recommended to wait until the parts are dry before installation, and make sure that no water or other debris enters the air pressure pipe and connecting body.

10. Solutions to common faults
