FILLING SYSTEM
The filling system is equipped with one MS250/1.1kw Southern water pump, one frequency converter, and one high-precision photoelectric liquid controller to complete the filling process accurately and ensure the precision of the filling.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The electrical system is composed of components from Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi Electric, Omron Electric, and STS Electric. Each process is controlled by a PLC control center through a human-machine interface to ensure smooth completion in accordance with the design requirements.
OPERATIONAL DETAILS
The temperature for sealing the bags vertically or horizontally is set according to the thickness of the film to achieve a firm, nylon-free seal. The film should be cut using a cold cutting method, and if the cut is not clean or has ragged edges, a new cutting blade should be used.
The length of the packaging bag is determined by the speed and time, and should be adjusted according to the production output by adjusting the length command on the touch screen.
The filling accuracy is achieved using high-precision clamping valves and filling pumps operated by touch screen commands, and the filling amount is ensured by adjusting the photoelectric liquid control data.
