Liquid filling machine working principle
The working principle of a liquid filling machine is quite simple. The machine consists of a tank that holds the liquid to be filled, a pump, a filling nozzle, and a control system.

The fully automatic liquid filling and capping machine is a machine that integrates packaging bag forming, filling, and capping. The filling machine operates under the control of a high-speed PLC and achieves linear and stepless speed regulation for conveying. The filling capacity can be adjusted, and it is equipped with pneumatic pressure capping and capping devices. The filling machine assembly line integrates machinery, electricity, and gas, is fully functional, and has stable performance.



LIQUID FILLING MACHINE WORKING PRINCIPLE


Insert the packaging film tube into the film rack, then automatically feed the film and pull it out. Semi-automatically align the film and pull it for storage. Next, the second-generation equipment for soft packaging will automatically punch holes and weld the filling port. The forming machine will automatically shape the inner bag, followed by vertical sealing. The product will then be automatically filled, squeezed to remove air, and horizontally sealed. The seal will cool and the package will be cold cut. This will result in the finished liquid bag product, which will be connected to the next stage of the packaging process and transported up the slope.



CAPPING SYSTEM


The vibrating feeder is an automatic feeding device used in assembly machinery. It can arrange various products in an orderly manner and, in conjunction with automatic assembly equipment, assemble the various parts into a complete product. Its purpose is to use vibration to automatically orient and arrange disordered parts neatly and accurately for delivery to the next process. The precision synchronous belt stepper motor is composed of a stepper motor, belt, gear, and clamping mechanism. Its rotation is carried out step by step at a fixed angle. This mechanism takes the lids that have flowed out of the vibrating feeder in an orderly manner and sends them one by one to the welding cover mechanism according to the programmed settings.

FILM BAGGING SYSTEM


The hot sealing and cold cutting device is composed of vertical sealing, horizontal sealing, cold cutting, and sealing cooling. The vertical sealing is equipped with four 50x25 Airtac cylinders and a vertical sealing device to complete the process of vertical sealing. The horizontal sealing is equipped with two 100x100 Airtac cylinders, four 63x25 Airtac cylinders, a horizontal sealing device, a horizontal sealing auxiliary device, tube-shaped heating tubes, and an Omron temperature controller to complete the process of horizontal sealing. The cold cutting is equipped with two 25x15 Airtac cylinders and a highly wear-resistant cutting knife to complete the process of cold cutting. The sealing cooling is equipped with insulation and air cooling to complete the process of sealing cooling, ensuring that the seal is flat, without wrinkles, with clear contours and no water leakage.
