Fully automatic lid placing device:

The vibration disk is an auxiliary feeding device for automatic assembly or automatic processing machinery. It can arrange various products in order and assemble them into a complete product in conjunction with automatic assembly equipment.

Working principle:

There is a pulse electromagnet under the hopper of the vibration disk, which can make the hopper vibrate vertically. The hopper is driven by the tilted spring plate to swing vibration around its vertical axis. The parts in the hopper rise due to this vibration. During the rising process, the parts can pass through a series of track screening or posture changes and can enter the assembly or processing position in a unified state according to the requirements of assembly or processing. Its working purpose is to use vibration to automatically arrange unordered workpieces in an orderly and accurate manner and transport them to the next process.
